As mentioned in a past post, I am following along with Project 12 at Scrapbook & Cards Today with Davinie Fiero! Here is my take on the January sketch. I had so much fun with this LO. I am so happy I have chosen to give up my old chronological ways... FREEDOM!... but, this project keeps me a little comfortable.
The pictures are of the major January events and the journaling is pretty much our calendar written in words!
I knew I wanted to use doilies... lovin' them these days!
And my new... can't get enough color combo... red and teal. Even Adelyn will be getting a new bow and outfit in mommy's color crush of the month!

I LOVE the color combo.!!!! Teal and red? Who would thought they'd look so good together? And awesome layout! I'm still stuck in chronilogical order and don't know how to break free. And YES PLEASE! I'd love some doilies and tickets.
So great! You are so dedicated to your scrapping... I am kinda letting it go. I think I will stick to BIG events - holidays and trips, etc. How does a doily work with a trip to Hawaii or a Disney cruise? Don't have one planned yet but one must always be prepared!
